Courses and Training

Learn from professionals in a relaxed environment, adapted to your pace and time, regardless of your level of experience.

Tec Trimix Diver
The Tec Trimix Diver course takes experienced technical divers and turns them into extreme divers who go deep and visit pristine sites where few will ever go. During the course, you'll make dives up to 90 meters/300 feet deep, but once you earn this tough certification, there are few limits.

Advanced Trimix Diver
The TDI Advanced Trimix course provides the necessary training to competently and safely use helium-containing breathing gases for staged decompression dives using nitrox and/or oxygen (O₂) mixtures during decompression to a maximum depth of 100 meters/330 feet.

Tec 40
The PADI Tec 40 course is where you transition from recreational diving to technical diving. It's a great place to start because it's the first subdivision of the full PADI Tec Diver course and bridges the gap between no-stop diving and full technical diving with deep decompression.

Tec 45
The PADI Tec 45 course is the second part of the full PADI Tec Deep Diver program. You will extend your depth limit to 45 meters/145 feet and learn how to plan and execute repetitive decompression dives using a single stage/decompression cylinder.

Tec 50
The third part of the complete PADI Tec Deep Diver program is Tec 50. As a Tec 50 diver, you demonstrate that you have developed competency as a technical diver and have the skills to dive to a maximum of 50 meters/165 feet.

Stage Cave Diver
This course provides an alternative to the NSS-CDS Cave Diver course. It includes all of the academic and skill development from the full Cave course, plus all the content and training of the NSS-CDS Stage Diving specialty course and the content and training of the NSS-CDS First Responder program.

Cave DPV Diver
The purpose of the DPV (Diver Propulsion Vehicle) Pilot specialty course is to expose the trained cave diver to the fundamentals of the safe operation of diver propulsion vehicles in underwater caves while under the direct supervision of a qualified DPV Pilot Instructor.

The student can build practical experience in the field under controlled conditions. Safety practices, procedures and techniques common to most DPVs used in this unique environment are covered. Conservation considerations such as low-impact operation are emphasized. Potential emergency situations are simulated and practiced.

Trimix Cave Diver
The purpose of the Trimix Cave Diver course is to provide the Cave Diver training for the safe planning and execution of mixed gas diving in caves to depths not exceeding 90 m/300 ft. The diver will be introduced to the proper and safe use of helium as a breathing gas, along with oxygen and nitrox for staged decompression. This course will emphasize precision and accuracy in all aspects of the dive beginning with advanced pre-dive planning. Safety will be a primary focus of this course due to the depths to which dives will be made.

Air Diluent CCR
This is the entry level certification course for divers wishing to utilize a closed circuit rebreather (CCR) with air. The objective of this course is to introduce new divers to the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for diving using a CCR and to develop basic CCR diving skills to a maximum depth of 30 meters / 100 feet, using air as a diluent. No decompression diving is allowed during this course.

Air Diluent CCR Deco Procedures Diver
This is the second entry level certification course for divers wishing to utilize a closed circuit rebreather (CCR) for mixed gas diving using a Helitrox diluent. The objective of this course is to introduce divers to the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for diving a CCR and to develop basic CCR diving skills, to a maximum of 45 meters / 150 feet, using an air/nitrox/helium diluent for formal decompression diving. Students are permitted to utilize a diluent and bailout mix with no greater than a 35% helium content (+/- 5%) and no less than a 21% oxygen content. Students are permitted to use up to 100% oxygen for decompression.

Mixed Gas CCR Diver
This is the intermediate level certification course for divers wishing to utilize a closed circuit rebreather (CCR) for mixed gas diving. The objective of the course is to introduce divers to in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for mixed gas diving specifically on CCR, utilizing a mixed gas diluent containing 16 percent or greater oxygen, and to develop intermediate CCR diving skills appropriate to technical diving to a maximum depth of 60 meters / 200 feet.
