Daedalus Reef is the furthest reef from the Red Sea coast, is a large oval reef with a lighthouse. Its deep walls and slopes offer some of the most spectacular diving in the Red Sea, it has very well preserved soft coral and hard coral formations, there is also a great possibility of finding hammerhead sharks, reef sharks and oceanic white-tip sharks.

Further south there are the spectacular ledges and deep walls of the Rocky Island and the abundance of soft coral and spectacular coral pinnacles at Zabargad. The island is a wonderful dive site offering wall diving, a wreck and shallow areas with dozens of coral towers. A large number of tropical groupers live here, which are easily spotted and can be photographed. At night we can find octopuses, crustaceans and nudibranchs that emerge through the coral caves.

Rocky Island is a small island of fossil coral that emerges from the surface, elliptically, surrounded by a reef. The island’s walls sink to more than 1000 meters deep, they are covered with soft corals and huge gorgonians that float and churn in the current. It is possible to see many species of sharks here, as well as sailfish, dolphins, and stingrays. San Juan on the other hand is a beautiful reef system that lies approx. 40 km north of the border with Sudan and 20 km south of Zabargad. It is a vast expanse of small reefs that offers some of the most remote and spectacular diving in the Red Sea. We can find giant gorgonians and black corals, a large number of gray reef sharks, silver tip sharks and schools of hammerhead sharks also roam the west side of the island.

Habili Gafaar is a mass of soft corals with large schools of snappers, butterfly fish and barracuda, oceanic whitetip sharks, gray reef and silvertip can also be seen in the blue. Gota Kebir is another dive site made up of a large reef famous for its tunnels and the south side where jacks and barracudas and occasionally mantas can be seen. Gota Soraya is ranked as one of the best wall dives in the Red Sea, with balconies and crevices, a reef full of fish, and an abundance of corals and lots of sharks.
